Cool Underground HipHop Series - Tech Nine
Tech Nine has long been one of my favorite rappers.
What first attracted me to him was his ability to rap fast, with a flow which was really pleasing on the ears.
I always enjoyed the faster rhymers, which is a talent most rappers just don't have.
Tech Nine formed his own label called Strange Music, which has a lot of good music coming out of the label.
I think most people would have at least heard slacker before.
But there are some other songs which really set him apart from your main stream rappers.
Everready would have to be his best album, it just has a full album of great tracks.
Normally I don't listen to an album from start to finish but everready is the exception to the rule.
Although not far behind is sickology, another great album by Tech.

I just love this track.
The flow through the track is great and I love the chorus.
Such a well put together track, and of course Tech kills it as always :)
☠️ Mid West Choppers ☠️
This song I just love.
It features K-Dean and Krayzie Bone with the third verse done by Tech Nine.
I think Krayzie Bone also rips it in this track, but the flow of Tech is just crazy.
Another thing I like about their flows is you can still understand what they are saying.
☠️ Dysfunctional ☠️
Dysfunctional is another masterpiece coming from Tech Nine.
Maybe I'm a little dysfunctional so I probably relate to this track fairly well.
His word play is really well done.
☠️ Riot Maker ☠️
When I want to get amped up before I go to the gym I like to chuck this track on sometimes.
It's just one of those tunes which seems to get me in the mood to lift heavy weights.
It features scatterman and snug brim, two artists who work well with Tech and have good flows of their own.
☠️ Critical Bill ☠️
An honorable mention for Critical Bill, an example of some of the great music coming out of Strange Music.
Well this should give you a taste of Tech Nine.

I really like Tech Nine too, but I haven't dug much in his albums to be honest. From what I've read in interviews and have perceived about his views and values, he seems like a really good person (even if you take the artist side of him out of the equation). Some good recommendations here. I think I liked Riot Maker the most.

I love the message of this song, and I know the the lyrics by heart. Been in my playlist since it came out back in 2014.
Yeah Tech is probably my favorite rapper, hard to say there are so many good ones.
He is actually a nice guy and highly intellectual, which is evident in his music.
I really like that track, tech just kills it as always. I haven't heard that track before, though the last few years I have not been keeping up with new released stuff.
