How to create quickly a mix using a midi file - Come creare un mix velocemente usando un file midi
Today I would like to share with you a little trick that can be useful when you desire to create a mix of a pre-existing track. In the following video, I will show you how to use a midi file, import it in Ableton Live and reuse it in order to create quickly a mix. In short, you need to download a midi file of the track that you want to mix, import it on Ableton Live by dragging it on a midi track and rework it. This method could be useful not only to recreate perfectly the most complex melodies, but it could be used also to exploit the original melody as a basis for a more complex elaboration.
Quest'oggi condivido con voi un piccolo stratagemma che può tornare utile quando si vuole effetturare un mix di un pezzo preesistente. Nel video seguente vi illustrerò come usare un file midi già pronto, importarlo su Ableton Live e riutilizzarlo per creare rapidamente un mix. In breve bisognerà scaricare un file midi del pezzo che volete mixare, importarlo su Ableton Live trascinandolo su una traccia midi e rielaborarlo. Questo metodo non solo potrebbe essere utile per ricreare le melodie più complesse ma potrebbe servirvi anche per sfruttare la melodia originale come base per una rielaborazione più complessa.
