That song being a youtube video in and of itself is illegal unless metallica published the video.
If you didn't have permission from the band themselves to post their music and lyrics, it's illegal.
And the answer to "Why not here?" is simple. Steemit is better than everywhere else. You get PAID to post original content. You shouldn't be earning money for work someone else did.
