Hey! Brand new to the whole Steem thing, but i love the idea of a monetized place for putting out new content. I am a music producer from California, and want to show Steem what i got. I will be posting something every week and sometimes more, whether that be a full song, a beat, and idea, or even a lesson!

To start everything off i am going to leave my latest release, and go in depth into how it came about.

So this song, obviously is a hip hop styled dubstep track, calling upon an acapella i found for Biggie Smalls "Juicy"

The whole idea came from hearing old wonk artists use hip hop samples as drops, but also echoing and reverbing them out to create a sense of immense space.

The main synth used here is Serum for the big growls and automation on both a pitch shifter and the LFO shape at the same time. I also wanted a trap styled beat to lay down the backbone, so i could fill in the surrounding area with growls and sub bass.
