E.S.T. ("Electro Shock Therapy", or more correctly - "Electroconvulsive Therapy") is an absolutely legendary heavy/thrash metal band from Moscow, got named "Russian Motorhead". E.S.T. was founded in 1987 by budding musician Jean Sagadeev. A few years later E.S.T. became a cult band for rock lovers (not only for punks and metalheads) from all over the Soviet Union.
In 2009 Jean died in his apartment under unclear circumstances.
