I just wanna talk about the Meek mill's latest project "Wins and Losses".I saw a lots of promotion and interviews that caught my attention to the release of the album. The album title(Wins and Losses) is one of the many phases we definitely go through in life. We win some,we loose some. After the Drake and Nicki's situation,most hip hop fans felt meek too a big 'L'.
In recent interviews,he made it clear to us what he perceived as losses to him. The death of his homie "Lil Snupe" and going to jail were huge Losses. He sees being alive and turning 30 as a black man in America a 'W'. Living a better life and providing for his family is sure a big plus.
I love this album a whole lot. I ain't there yet,but sure can relate to songs on this album.
