RE: Tony Spinner - Stop Messin' 'Round | Café de Cactus 2017
If I should ever get on stage as a songwriter again, I need to hire you to tape it :)

Have Cameras; will travel, lol! Thank you! I concentrate on small venues because that's where the challenge is; bad light, bad sound, and whatever else happens. I don't always succeed, but that's the name of the game. Thanks for visiting!
Tronthetechie...! What have you been up to? Any more real-life adventures?
Yeah, thanks for asking!
I had to replace the bulbs and speedometer in one car, and once it got fixed up all shiny like new, they conspired in the night! The second car decided it didn't like starting anymore, and when you tried to start it it would kill everything in the car. So I tried to deconstruct the positive connector and try to clean it up to get a good contact, that managed to work, and thankfully so.
Not knowing anything about me I sound like a motor head, but I don't know jack about cars, I grew up on computers!
I can't help but show off the handy work, that car hadn't had working dash lights or instruments for a year or more.
Do you like Die Ärzte too? They are my favorite German band.
No, I had never heard of these guys, thanks. I listen to all kinds of stuff and also have some German and Dutch/German bands on video, but they all use English. Something Crazy by Art of Bridges is one of those. Here is one of my more recent German language favorites: Wachstum über alles!
Never heard of that! I'll check it out later!
You should have seen the pub where I used to be a regular :)
Nur punkrocker oder was? I sometimes go to Ahaus, Bad Bentheim or Gronau to see bands there. Gronau has this street festival every year with bands from all over. Sometimes it's good, sometimes it isn't, but hey, it's free.
I actually bookmarked this gig. Great songs, great sound, great ambience!
I used to listen to Nina Hagen back in the day. Alptraum!
Do you know this song by German hiphop legends "Beginner"? I think they use an Nina Hagen sample in the chorus:
Ja mit Nina ist alles möglich. I only had 2 of her albums and I don't recognize this particular line. Her vocal range was incredible though, more like an opera singer than anything else.
