Taylor Swift was named the highest paid woman in the world of music with earnings of 170 million US dollars, according to Forbes.
26 Year-old singer has earned twice as much as the British diva Adele this year. Adele is in second place with $ 80.5 million.
Swift earned mostly thanks to the tour '1989 World Tour' and marketing agreements with brands such as Diet Coke, Apple and Keds.
"Taylor was able to take the throne of all on the list, thanks to the phenomenal tour. She held concerts and twice in the same place, like Adele and Rihanna once and filling stadiums and halls," writes Forbes.
