It's based on participation. If you are already active doing hip hop on Steemit, then you are already doing it. The growth of Steemit, DTube and DSound is on the rise, and it's apparent. Our contributions will grow the group and program. Some examples are the Rap Challenge, Beat Battle League, The Cut, Record Pool, Termite's Lo-Fi MC Challenge, SML Challenge, SMA, Spitefire, and everyone else contributing to the #hiphop hashtag.
