Tips to quicken the hand on guitar
I have learned this for six years:
1- Make sure you have a straight back
2- Put yourself in a comfortable position
3- Try to have your thumb behind and just in the middle of the mast, so your fingers can have greater reach in the strings and frets of the guitar.
4- Practice scales starting at a slow time and then with the help of a metronome you increase the speed until you are impossible to follow.
5- Never give up.
