Learn to DJ - Part 3 - The Transformer Scratch
Welcome to the third installment of Learn to DJ.
In this lesson we will be covering the Transformer Scratch. It is one of the most popular scratches of all-time.
I'll teach you how to perform the Transformer Scratch while focusing on the movements required for each hand. Don't worry if it doesn't sound good initially. You will get better, the more you practice. Also, your timing and speed will increase once you have grasped the fundamentals.
Have fun with it. Remember, practice makes perfect. If you have any questions, please leave comments in the reply area.

Heck yeah! I used to DJ back in the 90's and early 2000's and it was lots of fun and a major passion of mine back then. I can't remember the model no. but I had a pair of gemini turntables (vinyl records... oldschool) and though the fundamentals will probably always be the same, I tried hopping on a modern turntable a few months back- the kind that hook up to a computer and yeah lol. It felt similar but definitely NOT the same!
The NS7 is closest to vinyl that I've tried. I made the switch to digital and it wasn't that hard at all. Thanks for reading my post.
