Here's a song I wrote last summer... for openmic. So don't let the fact that it says "I just wrote this today" make you think that I "just wrote this today"... I didn't. It's old. Like my ancient, crooked soul..

The song is sad. It's about wanting to move forward in a relationship but feeling stuck, and uncertain.. But hopeful.

I had it unlisted for a long time, making it public now. I'll be pulling an unlisted song out of my archives every day for the next several days..or weeks or whatever. I have quite a few of them.

I might just forget about it, though.. who knows.. This could be the last time you see me for 10 years, or I could be back again in a minute. I'm unpredictable, like a half-broken rocking chair. When might it tip over with you and break your neck? You don't know.

Unpredictable.

Also like love is. Who knows where it takes you? Not me.
