Great list @proxytech, thanks for the props as well but it was @pechichemena that originated the idea, I just followed suite. Marty Friedman is one of my favourite guitarists to listen to but I still have no idea what he is doing when he plays, such amazing phrasing and technique. My good friend is a classical guitar player and he put in a lot of time to get his degree, he really had a passion for Paco Pena and De Lucia though so his compositions are always interesting (serving two masters kind of thing) - trying to get him onto steemit but him and humanity are taking a break right now haha.
