I can see why Anchor Me is your favourite, didn't much like the other Mutton Birds songs though. Don McGlashan - awesome! No depression, I like the lyrics, not the music. The Decades are more my cup of tea.
I was never into their other music particularly. But to learn In My Room, for the choir, I listened to it on repeat at least 30 times. And after that, I developed a new appreciation for the subtleties of it. Maybe one of those songs that needs lots of time to grow on you.
