RE: WELCOME TO OUR ( @jeffleinwand's & @d-vine's ) STUDIO!!!
Such a cool, well-equipped studio. I especially like the Persian rug mouse pad! The Kentaur probably has a great range, from soft to ruff ... So much there, it bet it would fill volumes writing about all the patches you can come up with, with all that analog gear!
Thanks @onemedia! :) Most of the time Kentaur is soft but he can cause an heart attack when he starts barking behind you while you concentrate on something :)
Now that you mention it, I noticed animals in general, but especially canines can really get into music, so totally relaxing for them. I would say, it would have to be really edgy stuff to get them unsettled. Then again, my experience was with an acoustic piano and while doggy sitting, perhaps the owner trained the two (a pekingese and a rottweiler) in music appreciation ;-)
Thank you @onemedia! It is, we are planning on some more toys already 😁
What Jeff meant is, when making music or concentrating on something, Kenta notices a dog walking by the house, he barks. He is not that big but his bark is “woah”,sounds like a huge dog & makes you jump if you aren’t prepared, lol!
Looking forward to having you on the show later 😊
Yeah, I knew he meant that I remember my grandma's english sheep/collie could really bellow for a medium size dog. I bet Kenta stretches out and mellows to what's going on in the studio ...
Thanks for having me on. I was a bit disappointed with the technical difficulties entirely unexpected but they actually got me to kill two birds with one stone and now my voice can be heard, and can jam!
Ah, ok sorry ;)
Yes, he does. For some reason they all gather in the studio when we are making music, hehehe, I love my fuzz kids <3
THANK YOU Zig for coming on!! Believe me when I say, I am still trying to comprehend how beautiful the end & extra to the show was.
We had such outrageously fabulous guests, you guys ( @darrenclaxton ) added even more soul & value to the show. Like the super sweet cherry on top!!!
I have to send you a squeeze huggins, can't stop smiling since yesterday (●´∀`)ノ♡
I hate to say it, but for musicians, canines may actually be our most avid listeners and devoted fans. It reminds me of the French film, Tous Les Matins du Monde, about an eighteenth century cellist who decided to leave the court and go back to the farm he was raised on ... When a visitor told him the nobleman would like for him to return to the ensemble, he replied, "My ducks and pigs make a better audience." It kind of hit home after my having had the aforementioned experience while doggy sitting. It makes me wonder if dogs and primitive man share a collective memory of the shindigs around the campfire after dinner when you say about the kids gathering around, and indeed that was my experience with my fuzzy wards at the time.
Well, thank you! Sometimes I don't comprehend to which depth those around me are experiencing the moment we share, but you're making it clear it was as profound to you as it was for me. I recall we were about to get one last jam going in the last ten minutes and the conversation flowed such that the next time I looked at the clock we ran seventeen minutes past the scheduled end time. Certainly an experience I will enjoy participating in again ... Is it every Wednesday?
Oh, I forgot to say,... yes it was very profound & I am so pleased to hear you feel the same way.
That ending will stick with me forever, you & @darrenclaxton played yourselves directly into my heart ( forever )!!
I admired you both before, what you guys did there though was just so unbelievably wonderful <3 To have had the honor to hear you both preform live, then the serenade .... I feel so special <3
Wow, yeah, @darrenclaxton kept us on the live track, I was just tickled to sit in an have it stay together as well as it did! So wonderful hearing the sound touched your heart. That ol' romantic Darren did throw together quite the serenade for you! That was the environment to bring out the best in all of us, thank you for putting that on!
