Guitar Review: Fender Jaguar - American Professional Series
So.. bought myself a new "axe", a milk white 2017's new model, Fender Jaguar from the American Pro' series, which is the replacement of the long time American Standart.
I can say that this series is an improvement from the old American Standart.
The construction is more solid and the finish is at a much higher level, in fact it feels like a 2,000$ guitar easely althogh its price is lower than that.
I got it for the nice number of 1,600$ with a hardshell case, p.l cable and a set of strings.
The best feature in this instrument is the tremolo bridge, which in a slide of a button can turn from standart tremolo that can only lower the tone, to a full "floyd rose" style that can move up & down 5 semi - tones in pich level.
Another cool feat' is the pickup casing.
Fender uses a nickel - silver alloy which amplify the signal going through both of the SINGLE coil pickups making them sound fat and warm, perfect for the tube sound loving guitarists.
For my taste its great, sounds like humbucker pickup to me when i close my eyes.
For conclusion, i think its a very good instrument for the players who like the fender style. It has a uniqe sound and cofortability.
Stay tuned for my next review: P.R.S Custom 22 😎
