Eguzkilore, a new piece of music in my dsound

in #music5 years ago (edited)

This music was inspired after reading the thriller novel “El silencio de la ciudad blanca” by E. G Saenz. Reading it I learned that eguzkilores (sunflowers) are signs of protection in the basque culture, they hang it on their house’s doors. I suppouse it’s something that you can still see in some “caserios” or even in town houses. There’s also some places on Catalonia where you also can find eguzkilores hanging on walls or doors soecially in little towns on the pyrenees mountains, but I’m not sure if the meaning is the same.

Anyway, I don’t know if there’s an english translation, but if you can read in spanish it’s a good book to read and enjoy in a couple of days.
