0.33 SBD is quite a bit just to play a song you can already play with your music steaming service. Is there any way you can decrease the amount to encourage continued participation?

Also, is there any incentive for requesting a song? Maybe users could vote on songs being played and a portion of the days earnings get sent back to the individuals that requested the top songs.
