Despite "Autism", he played 15 instruments...The story of Yildirim Beyazid Yakar

As soon as he hears a single piece of music, the Turkish boy Yildirim Beyazid Yakar, 17, who is suffering from autism disorder, can play what he hears with extreme precision and professionalism.

Since completing the two-and-a-half years, doctors have diagnosed Yakar with autism, which his family has not succumbed to. He has begun a special treatment program to ease the consequences of this disease on their child.

In keeping with the doctors' instructions, the Yakar family began to guide their child towards the music, after he was shivering from the sound of lightning and seeing the black clouds.

Yakar's family discovered his child's talents in music from the earliest age when he began to play the "Bezek" machine, and began his third year with special lessons in art and music.

In 2012, Yakar joined educational courses at the Directorate of Disabled Care and developed their talents in the Greater Istanbul Municipality.

During the course, Yakar was introduced to a number of his peers who shared his health with him. He became one of the band's members. Not only did he play the Bezek machine, he developed his talents and learned to play 15 instruments.

Among the musical instruments that Yakar is good at use are "Bezek", guitar, lute, drum, organ, piano, flute, drum, and other instruments.

Besides singing, Yakar is good at singing and organizing music programs in studios.

He is also good at drawing; he has been able to open 5 exhibitions of his drawings to date.

Yakar has the ability to paint historical monuments with infinite accuracy simply because he sees the piece once painted.

He likes drawing mosques, minarets and castles in Istanbul.

In an interview, Yakar said he was good at playing "Bezek", more than other musical instruments.

He pointed out that the credit for the speed of learning to play the various instruments, due to the absolute sense of hearing that he has, pointing out that he can play any piece of music, just to hear it once.

With regard to his talents in drawing, Yakar said he paints the historical monuments in Istanbul using the "black pen" technique, with high accuracy once he sees the impact once.

"I can draw any piece as soon as I see it once, and I won a drawing prize at the Paralympics Festival in Canada, but I could not go to Canada to receive my prize," he said.

He said that he aspires to be a famous musical artist, and is working hard to achieve this dream, pointing out that the highest example of singing, is the famous Turkish singer Orhan Gnjbay, and singer Suzan Akso.

For his part, Murad Ogeto, a music teacher at the Directorate of Disabled Care in Istanbul Municipality, said that Yakar is one of the rare talents in his band, that he can play all the musical instruments within the band, in addition to his ability to sing.
