1st Friday of Month All-Ages Concert at The C-Note on Nantasket Beach -- December 7th
NOTE: Donations at the door are split with the Hull High Music Department and the Featured Band of the Night. The early portion of the show is all-ages friendly. Please join us and spread the word -- thanks!
8 pm -- Hull High Musicians -- Shipwrecked Band
The show starts out with Hull High School Music Department performers and often features the Hull High band, Shipwrecked. They present an hour-long performance under the musical direction of Hull High Music Director, Ian Barkon.
9 pm -- Eukaryote
In her very first C-Note performance, Hull native and recent Hull High graduate, Eukaryote, a talented guitarist who also plays keyboards will command the stage. She'll mix up alternative rock with traditional rock and pop tunes. Please come out and support her first-time performance!
10 pm -- The Fringe
A rising popular rock band named The Fringe are a mix of local area high school musicians. Recent performances caught the attention of a longtime writer for Boston Groupie News who featured them with a nice article and photographs. The Fringe, on December 15th, will also be doing a live radio show performance on Brian Young's WMFO FM widely podcast radio show Crash Course for the Ravers. You don’t wanna miss The Fringe -- they’re gettin’ real-real good! It’d be nice to say you saw ‘em when they were young!

11 pm -- GaryShane & The Detour
Songwriter-vocalist-guitarist Garyshane Lavenson was a rocker known to anyone on the Boston rock scene back when WBCN was in the heyday of rock n’ roll rumbles. They were always a fan favorite! Now older, and wiser, his songwriting talents have matured and he’s still attracting top-notch musicians to perform in his band The Detour. The Detour are: Will Hunt - Guitar; Larry Newman - Bass; Mach Bell - Drums; Nico (Alexandra Stella D'maris) - Vocals; and the very well-known Chris Stovall Brown - Harp. A great band to see, hear and be with!
