Awesome Song Ed! this is so beautiful
I have to agree that people seldom see the creativity process in birthing a song. A lot say that singers and artists have it easy here in Steemit but don't understand how difficult it is to put yourself into those songs and share it to the world.
I think the process of "putting yourself into" something, which could be a post, or a book, or anything, can be a bit of a cathartic experience.
It may appears like it comes from an egotistical intention but it's quite the opposite, it's almost like giving up something, cutting an extra organ that has overgrown.
