I don't know if this is something that is common with everyone or not, but I seemingly wake up with a song already in my head every single morning. There is often no reason why it should be there. I hadn't heard it in the previous day, hadn't discussed it, nothing.

TODAY'S ENTRY:

Father John Misty - Please Don't Die

To be honest, I've woken up with this song in my head a few times lately. I just haven't been good about remembering to post about it. Especially the past week, since I was on vacation in Florida. I wake up with this song in my head often lately. It's a dark song, but I think it's a lovely song as well.

I'm a fan of FJM, I really like his newest album, God's Favorite Customer, which features this song. It came out pretty soon after the preceding album, Pure Comedy, and it's a bit of a return to form in my opinion. It reminds me more of his first album, Fear Fun.

You're all that I have, so please don't die wherever you are tonight.
