Here I begin writing to a song by Yaima. The sounds reverberate through a canyon and forest revealing beautiful mountains, gushing rivers, a waterfall that is her majesty. The trees come alive as birds and small creatures make their morning rounds. The Sun is warm and bright. A modern and future tribal village awakens bowing to the sun and then lifting their arms high! They begin to move in a circle, and weave in and out of each other in a ritual of awakening, of joyful celebration of a new day come and the beauty of a simple life. Children scurry and scatter into the forest to make their imagination come alive. One woman begins to sing, and others follow her tone, creating melodic harmonies swimming through the landscape. The blue of the sky is met with oranges and yellows, even purple strands that pierce the golden sun rays. A gaggle of young boys tend to a building project, creating a shelter home from mud and straw.
