I've watched it a few times and I can't say for sure, the guy who stepped through the hallway in the blue shirt seemed to be of a similar build to you but for some reason the idea of you smashing a TV seems plausible too.
I won't keep spamming with random guesses, someone else deserves a chance before I guess the whole cast of the vid hoping for a hit.

I had to stop watching the news because I was feeling the urge to give my TV a tune up with a hammer a few years ago.
