Let a bot make exclusive music for your video!
Recently I've discovered https://www.jukedeck.com and tested its music-based artificial intelligence. Here's the premise: the user provides inputs like video and parameters for musical direction - then Jukedeck's AI generates the music for you. I must say that it's pretty impressive, although lacking the fine-tuning and accidents that are universal in good videos with musical accompaniment.
But it certainly passed the Turing Test. I think it sounds decent and organic enough..

Any technology that enables anyone to explore creativity is good in my opinion. And this solves a plethora of unnecessary Youtube / Soundcloud takedowns when it comes to commercially used music. With Jukedeck, your download is free and royalty-free, even for commercial use. And heck, by definition, every piece of generated music is exclusive and one-of-a-kind lol!
If you're not a musician and want to have a little fun, just register and have a jab at the webapp. But of course, remember to hire a professional musician if you want to have that something more organic and well.. human, just because. Honestly, I think the gap will bridge over time and robots will make damn good formulaic music in the future. I'll be certainly blown away if they start generating new kinds of palatable genres on their own!
Anyway, here's a playlist of Jukedeck generated music that someone else uploaded - https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL7D8Uh0U1ND4gN7h4YIB1z41VABUVC_Pj
Or you can just try it yourself (click on the Make button on top right after clicking on the website) - https://www.jukedeck.com
I'll be checking this later. Thanks!
No prob - have fun with it!
this is a cool example of AI because it mimics sounds for example the sounds of piano keys. if you hear a piano key its not an actual piano key its a sound wave replication of a real sounds wave from a piano key
I can't wait to try it! Thank you for sharing.
Np. Have fun messing around with it!
