Relax with some calming Buddhist Music and peaceful images.

I made this video while learning to use adobe after effects.

I needed a project so I went with the theme of Buddhism and Taoism.

I used some Buddhist chanting and the end result is a pretty relaxing video.

I added the image of my friends Tao yoga school so the video could be used to promote his work but it is equally effective as a video you can watch to help you relax.
