Hey @jeffleinwand! thank you ! I assume Sergio , who mixed it did spend some time in gradually increasing the volumes on the overall track.. on my side I can tell you that I added extra layers of guitars and ambience as the song progresses .. so .. it starts becoming more dense and ''bigger'' .. so yeah :) ! definitely we wanted to have a big build up until the final chorus where it explodes a little more !
