Morning folks.
As you know, nothing beats waking up and playing a few riffs and licks to start the day eh :)

For this lesson, we will explore a few different picking approaches to a linear scale.
( linear basically meaning, in a straight line )

So, starting from the lowest note of the E string, play every fret up to fret 5 with alternate picking, except for fret 5.

When you get to the 5th fret of each string, don't play it, but push through with your right-hand onto the next open string with a downstroke.

So you are finishing fret 4 with a downstroke and you are starting the next 0 with a downstroke also.

You will work it out, I am sure.
