She is literally music to my soul.
Ella Marija Lani Yelich-O'Connor, better known by her stage name Lorde, is a New Zealand singer-songwriter. She SLYAED the music industry with her number one hit ROYALS back in 2013. She has won multiple awards including 2 Grammy's.
She gave us the pleasure of indulging into her album PURE HEROIN.
The album consisted out of 10 tracks which featured number one hits like Royals, Team and Tennis Court. My personal favourite track from the album was Ribs.
The song is basically about growing up.
Her album helped me through a lot back then and still does to this day.
2017 is the year this amazing artist released her second studio album called MELODRAMA.
Her music just keeps getting better and better.
She released her first single called Green Light followed with Liability.
Liability is a vulnerable ballad that finds the singer contemplating her perceived flaws in the wake of a break-up, only to realize that her wild, emotional ways and high-profile status are indeed her strengths.
Just before realising the album she released a third single called Perfect Places.
My personal favourite songs from the album would be Supercut and The Louvre.
I highly recommend getting into her music. Lorde's new album to me chronicles "The Most Melodramatic House Party Ever".
