A video post with a few words or no text is not spamming and is not against the rules. It's video content. A while back when I registered to dTube and linked that account to Steem, the videos appeared on Steemit with no text and there was no problem. Sometimes, the video speaks for itself and has no need for text. It might be an uninteresting post for some people, but it's not certainly spam or breaking rules.
But I will try to add something in the future.
