'The Defender of Truth's Quest is Complete" - New Original Music! My Submission for the Steem Monsters Art Contest Week 28! Electronic/8bit/RPG-Music + Walkthrough!

Here's my submission

for the Steem Monsters Art Contest for Week 28! I decided that the last submission was a bit too simple, with no melody line, so I changed things up. I wanted to do something for the Life splinter, so that would feel happy and inspiring maybe; when I started playing, the main little rhythm that begins the song came out, which sounded like a fanfare, so I rolled with that, and it worked out really nicely. Again, this is supposed to be like an 8 bit/Videogame/RPG sort of vibe, and I think this accomplished that more than the previous contest's submission.

Track 1 is our main instrument

which plays both chords and melody. We begin in the Green/Brown section in Fmajor. During the fanfare following this, we end on an F7, which moves us into the Blue section. Same progression, but we've modulated to Bbmajor. At the end, we again fanfare, this time on a B7, before moving into the Dark Blue/Purple, in Ebminor. Finally we end that section on a C7, before returning to Fmajor to end the song.

Track 1, Fmajor section.

Track 2 is our bass synth

which mostly sticks to root notes, occasionally 5ths and 3rds. Track 3 is our kicks, which is an audio sample. I didn't feel like the other kicks worked with the RPG/retro vibe, and this is a bit more modern, but it worked nicely against the snare rhythm. Track 4 only is used in the intro, playing a descending sort of beepy thing, just to help us build a bit into the beginning of the song.

Track 5 is our drums,

which are just hihats and snares here, with the occasional crash to emphasize a change in key or such things. Finally we have Tracks 6 and 7, which play the same progression, one with a triangle wave, and the other a more effected mallet sort of effect. The screenshot below shows the progression during the Bbmajor sections.
