'ROLI-ing' - New Original Music - More Playing Around w/ ROLI Sound Libraries! Electronic/Instrumental + Walkthrough!

This isn't a complete song,

nor did I intend it to be; I just wanted to play around with these new sounds, and hear them on various speakers/sound systems, so I uploaded it to Soundcloud to make it easy to play everywhere. I really like the synths that were included; they have SO many fun little effects that can be added and altered super quickly, which makes finding cool sounds a really easy process. I didn't spend much time with the drums, and just used a single kit from the ROLI library, but there are quite a few options there too, and they make editing them so simple, so you'll definitely see more of these incorporated into 'real' songs in the future.

Track 1 is where I started,

just building up a little arpeggiated progression, which moves from Cmaj, to Bbmaj (2x around), then up to Dminb6, and down to Cmaj, before repeating. Track 2 is a synth bass, which has a great heavy and retro sort of sound. Track 3 adds an arpeggiated (the effect, not an arpeggio like Track 1) synth, which is kinda spacey and super reverb-laden. Track 4 adds some dyads, which just outline the chords in Track 1 further, using a fuzzy lead synth. Finally we have the drums, Track 5, though there isn't really anything special there, just kicks initially, then the hihats and snares come in.
