'In the Flaming Dwarven Tomb' - New Original Music/Submission for Steem Monsters Story/Music Contest! Orchestral/Instrumental + Walkthrough!

I posted an earlier

version of this song a couple of weeks ago, so I went back today and "tidied" things up a bit so I could submit this for this week's @Steemmonsters Story and Music Contest! I think with a little more work, and maybe a new section or two, this could be a really full sort of Dwarven theme song, though I do dig the general vibe it has now in this more "stripped down" form. The horns and strings have a really powerful, sort of militaristic thing that I think works nicely with the medieval battle sort of feeling.

We have 2 main sections,

(listed as Track 1/Track 2) the Beige/Purple section, and the Blue/Green section. In the Beige section, we begin with a heavy staccato section, alternating between Amin and the tritone of Eb. The 2nd time around, we move from Amin to Fmaj, then Gmaj. This moves us into the Blue section, where we use the parallel major of Amajor (with the 6/F# to add some extra color), which then again drops to Fmaj and Gmaj, before returning to Beige part. After the 1st time around, these Blue sections play 2x through.

Track 2 is our strings

which have a different vibe than the horns, adding a lot more harmony to the song and helping to propel things forward with a bit of a melody built in. When we reach the Blue/Green section here, we move to every stringed instrument playing Legato and really filling things out, creating a more "adventurous" vibe.
