here is one of my guitar playing...just playing around along B phrygian major 3rd, E harmonic minor,and minor pentatonic scale with picking and tapping trick and spiced with some sweep picking arpegios+slap guitar trick
for me it's relatively easy for noodling guitar but it's very difficult to create a composition which has nice musicality

Very clean technique and original ideas.
Suggestions to create compositions;
Noodle and record, just allow the flow. Stop, take a break and/or sleep.
Come back to the recording fresh and objectively analyze the different parts. Make notes and re-record favorite sections. Keep re-doing the ones that "feel" good and enable these ideas to develop naturally.
