Apart from teaching in the classroom, I also involved in being a vocal director for concerts or studio recording work. This is one of the tasks I need to do (vocal directors) to ensure their singing achieve good performance lavel.

It is not too difficult to form all the singers in this video. They are music majors (vocals). As a singer, good health and good rest are needed. A good music and vocal arrangement also played an important role in this singing style. Another aspect in ensemble singing style is "blend" defining characteristic of good vocal ensemble performance.
