Music Challenge: Day 0.1
Two weeks ago, I saw a post by @yokosita with the tag #MusicChallenge, and I was drawn to it. Basically, it is a 25 days long exercise, each day one gets to pick a song that fits into the category of song to be discussed for that day, and gives an explaination to why the song was picked.
I've attached the detailed list below
It has been going on for a while, and people have been sharing their life-long music experiences. I've seen and read a couple of them myself, and have been pleased to find out that I have had similar music experiences with a few people.
Then again, I've come to know about some new and very interesting songs, but I won't say that I have enjoyed all the new songs I've heard in the process. They were a few that no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't just like them. Lol.
Of all the songs I've seen on this #MusicChallenge, the one thing really appeals to me in all of them, is the story behind the songs. For me, that is the most interesting thing about the posts. when I get to know the wonderful momeries behind the songs, they don't just metamorphose from just songs, to experiences.
So, I've also decided to share my life experiences through music and the stories behind them. On 25 different posts, i'll be writing about 25 different songs, alongside them, some wonderful memories.
So accompany me on this journey, as i'll put up the first post - a song from my childhood. It might bring some nostalgia... You never can tell.
You too can join the #MusicChallenge, as we attempt to flood steemit with good music!
