The Art Of The DJ: Scratch Session w/ DJ Lethal Skillz | Digital Turntablism

In this live session I was putting the Pioneer CDJ's decks through another test with this freestyle scratch session.
What I'm doing here is called 'Digital Turntablism' which is basically what most Hip Hop DJ's do on the Vinyl Turntables but this is the Digital version of it on the Pioneer CD decks.
I still and will always prefer the classic vinyl turntable especially the Technics SL-1200's for their feel, control, sensitivity and sound. But it's good to explore the new technologies and find new means to elevate your art form and make you standout...
I tried to focus here on speed and accuracy while creating a vibe or a harmony to go with the breakbeat I'm playing, various scratch combos and techniques are executed here to create those harmonies and sounds, this whole routine is improvised live and for fun, Enjoy the Music!

Still cool with digital turntable. But for sure still love to listen you using vinyl for scratching.
