Welcome to another Metal Weekend! This time we have a lot of interesting (and different) things.
Let's kick this off with Mongolian Folk Rock!

Astolat - Ocean Nymph
A Swedish Progressive/Doom metal band, and an awesome song out of their 2013 debut EP "The Faceless Mask" (also released as a Single).
On Thorns I Lay - Crystal Tears
On Thorns I Lay is a Greek band from Athens, playing Gothic Metal (and Death/Doom on earlier releases). This song is out of their 1999 album, also titled "Crystal Tears".

Trans-Siberian Orchestra - Mephistopheles' Return
It's December. Christmas is around the corner. It is TSO-time for me! I love TSO. The first song I heard by this awesome band (who are the re-incarnation of Savatage) was "An Angel Came Down", a Christmas ballad. Mephistopheles' Return is from their 2000 album titled "Beethoven's Last Night". A true progressive neoclassical piece of art!
