One night in Belgium!!!

Our first time in Belgium could not have been better. Well it could have been, but only if everyone was healthy. Despite our illness, our experience at Club Ragnarok in Bree, Belgium was amazing. We were welcomed with a home-cooked meal and drinks before starting setup. Upon the completion we took some time to chat with the owners and inspect the decor of the venue. Needless to say, with a name like "Ragnarok" one would expect that the venue would look as metal as it sounds. And it did not disappoint. The walls were lined with massive flags of various metal bands while the walls were decorated to look the inside of a dungeon. Minimal lighting and skulls on top of tequila bottles solidified the atmosphere.
Another memorable aspect of the night, Pikkie played a slide guitar solo with a tequila bottle. The crowd was energetic, supportive and the music was well-received. This was a relief as I was unsure what a metal bar's crowd would make of our rock 'n roll. Earnestly, Ragnarok was an experience and one of the funnest shows of the tour thus far. Needless to say, we hope to return there again on the next tour.
