I have been quite busy with a lot of side projects, mainly projects concerned with the promotion of steemit in nigeria, poster design for a steemit campaign ft @ehiboss and @gbenga, not to mention curating and producing music for clients on my fiverr.

fiverr in particular is a great offender

Drawing the short stick, music producers are often forgotten when a song is released,

they however play a vital role I.e they create or mix or master the song to be released

to others this is a computer, to me, this is life

However, I feel a topic about the intricacies and lifestyle of music producers requires a post of its own, so I'll keep that in mind.
Today, we dive into 3 traits I have as a producer.

life as a curating music producer

Being an introvert, I have a lot of time to myself, time that I can use to concentrate on creative reasoning and processes.

Sleepless nights and darkened days

If there were levels to "introvertedness" I would probably be he grand patron of this.

Due to the nature of my work, the studio is often sealed tight to avoid acoustic problems and to use the room in a controlled way. Unfortunately, this kind of behavior affects my daily non-studio routine, with me drawing down the window blinds in order to get a darkened room that suits my taste.

Many say its a sign of depression but I'm the happiest bird on earth! . . . a bit crazy, but happy non the less

A learner and reader of books

Many envision that a music producer would be a very crazy and rock star like individual, many still look us like the slub on the basement, a fat johnny boy sitting on a console, all greasy and stuff.

producers can be cool too, not necessarily fat joes

I mostly read books, I prefer works Brian Aldis alot, works like segregation, equator.

I'm currently on a book called EON by Greg Bear

My daily routine unfortunately prevents me from socialising much, both on steemit and in the real world.

But despite these, I find time to be the best I can on steemit, to curate and help out the Nigerian community.

Something big coming!

I'm happy to say that tomorrow Thursday, I'll be travelling to osun state Nigeria to meetup with my fellow Nigerian curators @ehiboss and @gbenga.

So far so good, we have voted on quite a number of posts from the Nigerian community, promoting the good side of the community and stopped scammers and cheaters from running rampant.

Flyers design nears completion for distribution

Part of the mission of going to the town is about promoting and educating people about steemit.

Super quick Edit: Just finished the design!
Its styled after their promo-uk campaign flyer, but simpler in nature.

Tomorrow I'll be printing out once I land in ife, osun nigeria with the help of @ehiboss.

Topics for discuss and storming the environ

One of the main reason for the meetup is about discussing the way to move the Nigerian Steemit community forward, as well as how to attract investors and more Nigerians into the steemit fold.
