Johann Strauss and his son

Johann Baptiste Strauss is an Austrian composer, violinist and conductor, father of "the other" Johann Strauss. The Proverb, however, that "the student has surpassed his teacher," in this case, is not going because Johann Strauss-father was strongly opposed to his son doing music. Moreover, he strictly forbade this occupation, and wanted Johannes to become ... an accountant. What can we attribute to this "teumerut" character of the otherwise talented Johann Strauss-father? The fate of old Johann Strauss begins with an unhealthy childhood. Born on 14 March 1804 in the family of a small farmer. Only 6 are left without a mother and only 12 when their father suicides because of debt. Little Johann remains a full orphan, forced to continue living under guardianship. A baby boy starts working at a book binding factory, and takes his violin lessons in his free time, and he endures as he plays in various orchestras. Chance in his life is his meeting with violinist Joseph Lanner, who invites him to play together in a violin trio. Over time, the little band grew into an orchestra.

One of Johannes Strauss-father's famous works is "Radetzky Marsh", played to date at world events. In 1825, Johann Strauss-father married. His firstborn son, whom he and his wife Anna are baptized on him. In 1832 the father organized a tour in England, stabilizing the family's finances, but actually living outside. He has a young mistress who gives birth to ... 6 children. Ostrich-father recognizes the seventh of his mistress Eve, who is a girl. Meanwhile, this male-iron man constantly travels touring the world and reaps success as a musician and composer. He creates many works that are in the Golden Fund of Music Heritage. In 1843 he learned that his first-born son, Johan, had secretly taken violin lessons. Johan Strauss-father literally fumbles with this fact, makes a scandal to his wife for allowing this, and hastily enrolled his son to study at a commercial school. Every night, he checks if young Johann emphasizes lessons in accounting. Mother Anna, however, is against this custody that deprives her son of the most desired of him - the music. To help his child filed for divorce with his father. In 1845, Johann-Son debuts in Vienna. At one point, both Johan Strauss are equally famous. Ostrich-father, according to some biographers, was internally proud of him. They explain that initially he was opposed to his son's musical career to protect him from the tension he experienced on his back.

Johann's talent, however, turned him into a proud father and at the end of his days he regretted being so cruel to him. In 1844 Johann Strauss-son performed his first concert, which was a huge success. Johann Strauss-father died of scarlet fever in February 1849, when his son was only 24, but he is already very famous. Johann Strauss-son takes the lead of his father's orchestra and becomes the conductor of the palace balls. Later, this place will be taken over by his brother Edward, but otherwise that period remains the name of Johann Strauss-son, the King of the Waltz. And only when someone thought what kind of music the world would not have if the son had ever listened to his father!
