Samarkind is an Irish hard-rock band who just released their first album last 2017. Titled as the band's name, it has 8 songs an it's only 33 minutes long. But after listening to the full cd you instantly want more. It could be a classic album if it had been recorded in the 70s, but today is so difficult that they can be featured on TV or mainstream media. But we -rock fans- are still here, waiting for bands like this, so we are happy to have new blood like Samarkind, and we will enjoy it. Listening to "Sun Stroke Heart" you can notice that David Paul Byrne vocal's are very close to "The Voice Of Rock", Mr. Glenn Hughes.
