Never let a good crisis go to waste.
That saying can be applied to the elites/media that enjoy only showing things that will divide people. The amount of negativity compared to positivity they show isn't an actual representation of reality. If you only see one thing over and over it may paint a picture that is fake. The crazy thing is a fake reality can become an actual reality if enough people believe it.

Not saying everything is sunshine and rainbows right now but what you consume can consume you. Being aware is key, but take your time to form an opinion. Let it sink in, no need to rush.

Many people call it dark times, it depends how you look at it. It can be a great time to improve yourself too and learn more about yourself and the history of different races. I still need to do a lot of researching myself btw.
