How To Use A Singing/Tibetan Bowl (432 hz Vibrations Music - Healing Energy) (Video)

Singing bowls, also known as a Tibetan bowls, have healing frequencies that allow emotional, psychological, and physical healing in your body and mind. They create 432 hz music. Their vibrations when heard allow healing, while holding one allows for even more vibrations to flow into and through the body. These healing frequencies are also excellent for meditation.

In this video, exclusive for Dtube (and hence Steemit), I share how you can use one such bowl to benefit the most from its healing frequencies and vibrations, demonstrating with my own singing bowl.

This is only one such video that I will be doing with this bowl, as I intend on creating some tracks for you to listen to and some guided meditations as well. Feel free to let me know some specific guided meditations you'd like me to do. The first one I plan on doing is Chakra alignment breathing exercises. I am more than happy to take suggestions so that I can provide some videos and healing sounds that will help you.

This is my first experience hearing and seeing the musical work with the Tibetan bowl. Since this is new to me, I was very interested in hearing you explain how to do it, you sound very experienced with this instrument!

It is closest to the wine glasses or bottles that I have seen and even participated playing on some occasions. Sound is just vibration, and if we want to raise our vibration then we must make a joyful noise!

I will check out some guided meditation. We have had many recent changes in our lives, and I think it would be good to ground ourselves in this new place. Thank you for choosing the Steem blockchain to share with us all your wisdom and experience!

Hi! I really enjoyed your video and your in-depth explanation of the different ways to play the bowl. We always had two around the house as kids, and were encouraged to play them to calm us down and it always worked. I don't know if you've ever come across this- but the larger of the two bowls we had had a handle...hammer... whatever you want to call it, that had a strip of soft fabric around a part of it- I think it was a chamois leather or suede or something similar. This meant that when you did that lovely circular build-up of sound you demonstrated, you didn't get any of the rougher sound from the friction of the wood against the metal, and it was all the soft ringing sound of the vibration of the bowl - absolutely delicious!

Ooh, that's definitely something I could DIY, finding the right material for it. I once put cotton ball in cloth and tied it to drum sticks to get a more bong type sound for certain effects when I was younger. Maybe I could have something I can slip on a off it easily. I'll have to play around with different types of fabric, but I'm pretty sure my mom has a bunch of little bits and strips of unsewed fabric lying around near her sewing machine. Thanks for the tip.

I forget why I missed one of the available sessions. Oh yeah, I remember. I left my phone charger on the desk and I had to go to work that day and had it on at work. Lol r

It's a shame you missed the session, though that is a funny story. Forgetting things at work was something I hated when it happened. I'm so glad to work from home now, because I can forget things anywhere in the house, I don't have to go far to get it. ;)

Thanks for indroducing me to the Tibetan singing bowl. It must feel lovely to have the vibration runing through your body. It would be amazing to tune into that group playing of Tibetan bowls. I'll have to ask if they're okay with being recorded, at least in audio only. I'll have to go a few times first to get to know them, but yeah, I was definitely thinking along those lines too, because I think it would be an amazing experience to share.

These instruments that play a special frequency vibration that is healing to the physical and emotional are scarce. It's music thrills in the inside.

It reminds me of a high alto voice she sings in church and I feel she has put all emotions, and an healed in mind. And I always wait for that beautiful session.

@binkyprod, what a great video and writing about the Bowl. It generates such a relaxing and positive atmosphere in your room. It is said it helps depressing people to get out of their dark deep tunnel.

Tibetan Bowl therapy is a form of alternative music therapy, where the sounds that are generated by means of singing bowls have a therapeutic effect. According to the sound scale therapists, sound therapy can treat both physical and psychological issues.

Yeah, and it's been helping me a lot. I really need to get playing into my daily routine, I think it would greatly benefit my healing process.
