I like this song from Tame Impala. I feel they do a good job speeding up and slowing down, a perfect fusion with the words mixed with the pitch of his voice.

When he is happy, the song sounds happy and speeds up. When he's confused/sad, the song slows just like his voice and the words he chose.

A song based on emotion conveyed perfectly in my opinion.
