Thanks! Music is really quite something... we don't really know how much we are used to it until we don't hear it... and it has a way of communicating the un-communicatable... Sadly, I'm not a fan of places just having it in the background all the time...
I agree. Relegating music to background noise is a tragic misuse of powerful energy. Music impacts us whether we are aware of it or not. I am a fan of intentional curation of what I hear. As a public classroom teacher, I would set the tone for my class as soon as my students walked in with whatever type of energy I wanted them to mirror that day. Now as an unschooling mom, I do the same to impact the energy in our home. Bathing fussy children in water and music are two time-tested ways to lighten the mood 🌱
