I had a veggie/fruit/protein high speed shake (I have been talking to Quinn about this) but did not feel good again today overall.

Sadly no pizza, it is the stress in my life, I can feel it growing over the months with what is being done to me here in town, it is literally making me sick.
Sounds like time for drastic, healthful, hopeful change!
