Chronicles of Alan: Bohemian Closes, End of an Era!

The Bohemian Club Finally shut its Doors at the End of July 2017! Very Sad for Me Personally, I had planned to Record and put a Band together for the host of songs I have written through the years , of which very few have been performed, and , of course, I wished to kick it off at The Bohemian.

This was a place dedicated to displaying and supporting South African Music

and Stasis Band.on Sunday the 30th , I recorded the Show Aurally in Stereo, and will Post them when I am Happy with the Mix.
Unfortunately there are no Youtube Videos on these Bands.
On the 22nd of July there was a Launch Party for Mad God's , Tales of a Sightless City CD.

Them Dirty Shrikes are from Pretoria and performed at the Bohemian the week before!
A Particularly Bad Strain of Flu hit South Africa in July and the Last acts I Booked for the Final Weekend were all somewhat Decimated and were forced to cancel.
I had been particularly looking Forward to Seeing "No Quarter"" an extremely talented Cover Band ( one of the first Cover Bands we ever Featured )

So many legends of the past abruptly being stopped playing.
