While spending time on the streets of Portland Oregon,
I constantly encountered street musicians of incredible talent. Chill Will of Chillonious Funk is one of my favorite. I originally ran into Will downtown Portland. When I heard his guitar playing, although I was in HURRY I stopped and LISTENED for a good half hour. This man is TALENTED.
