Korn - Live at CBGB

Korn is like most of all good metal and rock bands real live band,and their music is so much intensive,heavier,groovier in concerts. I've seen them live,and i think that everyone who had that experience will confirm my words.

In 2003 Korn was already band who can sold out large venues and halls,and was able to kick asses in festivals in front of 100 000 people.But on November 23 guys decide to play free show as a gift to fans,and this concert was in legendary CBGB club.
CBGB was opened in 1973,and until its closing in 2006 list of musicians who perform there was pretty impressive :
Ramones,Blondie,Patti Smith Group,Television,Talking Heads,The Police,Bad Brains,Elvis Costello,Superjoint Ritual,Dictators....

And now Korn is entering into this list and history of CBGB. Band just released their Take A Look In The Mirror album earlier this year and was on promotional tour,this was probably smallest place they played since their beginnings.
As i was written concert was free,old rule who comes first gets in.Its not surprise that club was packed with 300 Korn fans eager to see them in such a small,intimate surrounding.

When you watch this video that i'm about to post you'll see that guys killed,they were loud,heavy,in great music form and give 100 % of them for amazing show.I love this concert so much,i watched it many times,this is Korn in original lineup with David Silveira on drums.
I have nothing against Ray,he is great but his first of all metal drummer.On the other hand David's playing was essential to Korn's groove and sound.He had this brilliant style of drumming who Ray can't perform not even close like David when Korn played old stuff.

Parts of this show was released in a bonus DVD of a Greatest Hits album in 2004,seven songs to be correct.Three years later audio versions of this seven songs is released on Live & Rare album.
Too bad that whole concert wasn't on DVD,but fuck it better this then nothing,right ?So enjoy in this seven songs video :
